Position open in Pasadena for a part-time Office Assistant – Real Estate Office Experienced
Assisting in all facets of a successful real estate office. Duties would include receptionist, administrative and assistant with transaction management. The ideal candidate would be flexible in their available hours, including weekends. Looking for someone that can master the technological tools of today's real estate world, and assist sales associates in understanding how to use and apply them. The right candidate should be a quick learner, have ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
Having good technology skills background in Real Estate including ZipForms, CAR documents and MLS service a plus.
Wage is based on skill set.
