I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. After first receiving my real estate license in 2003, I began working in the mortgage side. I serviced the East Bay and Tri-Valley area for over 6 years. Alongside my mother, a real estate broker of over 20 years, we helped many families find new homes. I also assisted our clients in restructuring their financial real estate investments and maximizing their buying power.
In 2009, my wife and I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina so that she could pursue a career opportunity. After living there for 18 months, she was offered another position in Los Angeles. During our last five years in Los Angeles, I took a break from real estate in order to focus on raising our children. Now that they are older, it is the time for me to continue my real estate career.
My family has just finally closed on a property of our own this past August, in 2016. Our agent Chris Waybright, who is also a Podley agent, was nothing short of extraordinary. The patience and tolerance she possesses is something that I truly value.
I decided to step foot into the agent side of real estate, this time around. I love interacting with people, and want to have a hand in helping people meet their next real estate milestone. Whether upsizing, downsizing, or planting a new family, I want to be a part of that story. While real estate transactions are complicated, my experience and understanding of the many aspects of real estate will allow me to guide you through the journey as comfortably and smoothly as is possible.
