From the moment Stuart Brawley purchased his first home in 2002, he knew he loved Real Estate. At the time, he was in the middle of a successful career as a music producer and songwriter. He remembers loving the whole process of home buying, from the search, to the negotiations, to the paperwork.

As a music producer, his primary job was bringing different skills, talents and ideas together to create a cohesive vision. Working with high demand clients like Michael Jackson, Don Henley, Barbra Streisand, Aerosmith, and Celine Dion gave Stuart the experience to work well under pressure, keep a project on track and deliver a great final product. He sees Real Estate through the same lens, and his mission for each transaction is to bring a team together with one goal in mind: a happy and successful escrow.
Stuart currently lives in Altadena with his partner and his daughter, who attends Pasadena Waldorf School. He remains passionate about music, building community, and volunteers regularly to work with students at his daughter’s school helping with concerts, events and outreach.
Lana Cordero has an educational background in law as well as 7 years experience in real estate construction, development, acquisition and marketing. She has continuously excelled as a business owner and publicist for over 3 years. She has been instrumental in orchestrating luxury events, business coordination and real estate transactions within the sports & entertainment industries.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Jaclyn moved to California before turning 21. She worked as an Assistant to a Real Estate Broker for 5 years in Northern California. She moved to Southern California to pursue a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling. Jaclyn worked in the school’s Business Office helping students with their financial accounts.
Jaclyn’s aim as she pursued Counseling was to develop her skills in working with people, before returning to Real Estate. Upon finishing her Counseling degree, she earned her License in Real Estate. She prayed to join a company that cares for their clients and each other, adheres to moral and ethical principles of honesty and fair dealing, and passionately strives to give the best at all times. Jaclyn loves meeting and building friendships with people. Having grown up in Glendora and graduating from Glendora High School, Marianna Valdivia is very familiar with Glendora and the surrounding areas. She has always had an interest in real estate, and for the last 10 years she has worked in escrow. Priscilla Nelson grew up in Chino, California, where her father was a pastor at a local church serving the quaint community. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychobiology from U.C. Riverside, she worked in cancer research at world-renowned City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte. She developed a love for real estate while living in beautiful Pasadena, California. The architectural significance of the homes and neighborhoods fueled her passion, and in 2011 she obtained her real estate license.

She culminated her career there as senior administrative assistant to the President of the Los Angeles Times and Times Mirror.

In this position, she realized real estate had a strong service element and an arena she wished to explore in greater depth.
