Becky Koppenhaver is a California native, and has been a resident of the Pasadena and Los Angeles for 25 years. She has intimate knowledge and appreciation for the area’s many neighborhoods. She refers to herself as a “native tourist,” often spending her down time exploring old and new neighborhoods, restaurants, art galleries, coffee houses and anything else that crosses her path.
Becky specializes in the sale of residential real estate in the areas of Pasadena, Altadena, and Northeast Los Angeles.
Her background in non-profit communications smoothed her professional transition to real estate. She brings numerous attributes of a good real estate professional. These include her natural ability to connect with people, a warm, caring and supportive nature, attention to detail, market knowledge, and the desire to help clients reach their goals, whether selling or buying a house.
When Becky isn’t exploring the city, she likes to hike in the foothills above Altadena, bike along the Los Angeles River, and explore California with her husband, her two sons, and her dog.

From the moment Stuart Brawley purchased his first home in 2002, he knew he loved Real Estate. At the time, he was in the middle of a successful career as a music producer and songwriter. He remembers loving the whole process of home buying, from the search, to the negotiations, to the paperwork.
Buying and selling your home is a deeply personal experience. Having someone on your team that gets you and understands your vision makes the difference. Stuart makes sure his clients are educated in every step of the process. In addition, he loves helping families find their dream home as much as helping sellers take the next step in their lives when it’s time to move on.
Having lived 22 years in both LA and Atladena/Pasadena communities, Stuart knows the ins and outs of the community.
As a music producer, his primary job was bringing different skills, talents and ideas together to create a cohesive vision. Working with high demand clients like Michael Jackson, Don Henley, Barbra Streisand, Aerosmith, and Celine Dion gave Stuart the experience to work well under pressure, keep a project on track and deliver a great final product. He sees Real Estate through the same lens, and his mission for each transaction is to bring a team together with one goal in mind: a happy and successful escrow.
Stuart currently lives in Altadena with his partner and his daughter, who attends Pasadena Waldorf School. He remains passionate about music, building community, and volunteers regularly to work with students at his daughter’s school helping with concerts, events and outreach.

Several Podley Properties Associates from the Pasadena and Sierra Madre offices participated in the 3rd annual REALTORS® Read Across PASadena Day. Our agents worked alongside the Pasadena Unified School District and the Pasadena Educational Foundation in participating in this wonderful program. It takes place each year on Dr. Seuss’ birthday. The participating realtors picked the books to read to K-3rd graders at schools across the PUSD.
Each of our offices is working to raise $500.00. This money will be used to buy one book for each 2nd grader in the district. At the end of the school year, the books will be given out by the participating realtors. The program also provides books to the Door of Hope, a program serving homeless families in Pasadena. This drive supports the district-wide goal of every student being a fluent reader by the end of third grade.
Podley Properties is exceptionally proud to participate in Read Across PASadena Day, and to see the kids’ excitement about their new books. As Dr. Seuss’s character The Lorax says, “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.”
Podley Properties is proud to be the 2017 market share leader for representing both buyers and sellers in the Sierra Madre market. Our associates take pride in knowing and being a part of this wonderful community, and we look forward to continuing to provide exceptional service!
